How and when we dispatch research compounds.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically prepared for dispatch the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on national holidays are processed on the next business day.
Occasionally an order may be held briefly for verification. If that happens, we will contact you by email at the address on the order.
We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally, and we cannot forward orders to freight forwarders or reshipping services.
Compounds are packaged to protect them in transit. Where a product requires cold-chain handling, it ships with appropriate insulation and coolant. Storage guidance is included with your documentation.
On arrival, inspect your package and store the contents according to the guidance supplied. If anything appears damaged, contact us before opening or using the material.
A tracking number is emailed once your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier scans to appear.
Once a package is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control. Weather, carrier backlogs, and address issues can all cause delays.
If a package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant, and we will work with you on a resolution.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package after dispatch, and orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur a reshipping charge.
Because these are research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened items, and we cannot resell returned material. If we shipped the wrong item or an item arrived damaged, contact us and we will make it right.
